Anup Baral directorial “Thangla – A tale of cold desert” is a play that portrays the tradition of polyandry system still practiced in the Himalayas. The play presents the lifestyle and culture of the people living in the Himalayas and features Prakash Ghimire as Gyalpo, Pushkar Gurung as Tashi, Diya Maskey as Lopsang, Darpan Rajbanshi as Sanglema, Keshav Rai as Jigme, Roy Shrestha as Pemba among others.
