Lalitkala Hatemalo Abhiyan has started “lets Start” ( aba Suru Garau) campaign. Artists are painting picture of Kasthamandap at the wall of Babarmahal near Art council. According to arist Arjun Rai 15 to 20 artists are creating picture of Kasthamandap from 13 days. Chief secretary Lilamani Paudel have inaguareted the painting today. Linker of the campaign is Shanta Kumar Rai and Kasthamandap’s painting work is coordinated by Bhishan Rajbhandari.
