Limbu cultural event called Weshma Laangyok/farak paaila which means different steps happened at Rashtriya Nachghar Jamal. Almost all of the audiences including famous Limbu artists are flaunting in traditional Limbu attire. Program was inaugurated by cultural expert Satya Mohan Joshi by playing Chyabrung (type of music instrument). Senior singer Bhagat Limbu were honored at the event. He was one who recorded Limbu language song for the first time. He contributed more than forty decades on Limbu language song. Likewise, Limbu language singer and lyricist, philosopher Ashok Loharung Rai was honored at the event. Limbu artists entertained audiences for three long hours by performing Limbu folk songs and dances.
