Flashes of Ghode Jatra
It is believed that there was evil spirit at Tundikhel Kathmandu and to get rid of it, they started to make horse run around that area. Later it became festival to public and every year Nepalese Army started to celebrate Horse Festival (Ghode Jatra) Tundikhel, Kathmandu. In Lalitpur they make one horse to run around, people believed that horse is symbol of Goddess Taleju. In BhaktaPur they organized special program on this occasion. It is believed that by the noise of horse hoof evil spirit get scared and goes away. Few glimpse of Ghode Jatra Kathmandu.
