Tamu Lhosar celebrations
Gurung community celebrated tamu lhosar 2071 in very friendly, cheerful and joyous environment.In Tamu’s calender there are 12 years, each year are named in different animals name. This year they farewelled horse and welcomed sheep year. That means this year will be the year of sheep untill next lhosar. On the occasion of Tamu Lhosar different communities of gurung people took part in cultural and traditionla rally which was started from Basantapur and end at Tundikhel ground Kathmandu.
