“Upiyako Nibandha”, a play directed by Kedar Shrestha, revolves around a school going boy named Mahesh. The play is about the relationships between a teacher and his students in a traditional Nepali classroom. “Upiyako Nibandha” is currently being staged at Theatre Mall, Sundhara.
There is a Nepali teacher in the drama who is a rigid man, very strict to students and does not allow any kinds of creativity in the class.
“Upiyako Nibandha” leaves you with a pressing feeling of urgency and sadness in between the laughs.
The play is scheduled to continue till July 17 everyday (except Wednesdays) at 5:30 pm at Theatre Mall, Sundhara.
