Actress Srijana Subba has started her career as direction from drama ‘Yuma’. She has already spent more than decade in Nepali theater and film world. Writer Yug Pathak has written drama ‘Yuma’, it is about women freedom in Nepali periphery. Two different women left their husbands because they were not happy in their married life and the opened café ‘ladies corner’. Nepalese women’s married life and current situation is core of the drama. It will help to view present situation of Nepalese society form women’s angel. Director Srijana is seen in the stage a lead actress ‘Yuma’. The drama is made on the base of Limbu culture and she could not found right match for the lead role at the moment so director herself acted as ‘Yuma’. According to Mandala Theater’s plan they will develop to director for actors who has worked long time as an actor. Besides director herself actor Ankit Khadka, Pashupati Rai, Jiban Bhattarai, Kenipa Singh, Laxmi Bardewa, Sulakshan Bharati, Renu Karki, Sandesh Lamichhane, Binita Gurung, Ranjana Oli has acted on the drama. ‘Yuma’ is on the stage of Mandala theater at 5:15 pm everyday except on Mondays till the end of Jeth. There will be two shows on Saturdays.
