Singer Arjun Milan came to Kathmandu Valley with few books and harmonium on his hand many years back. He was learning classical music back then and attracted to law, while watching protagonist Hindi films. Then he studied law and became one of the most influential constitutional scholars of Nepal Dr. Bhimarjun Acharya. He received his Ph.D in constitution for his dissertation on ‘the system of judicial review’. Last Saturday Dr. Bhimarjun who has two different personality was at Sarvanam Theater’s regular program called “Antaranga”.
Though music and law are totally different field he manage to keep both of them apart. He has released his first music album “Maunatako Sahar” more than 20 year ago and planning to release his third music album ” Yeuta Jivan”. He mostly sings patriotic songs. According to Dr. Acharya he practices music everyday but he never let music’s soft part affect on law. “Sabaile Ta Deshbata” and “Himalka Kura”s music video was screened on the event. After singing few songs he started to talk about constitution 2072. At the end of the program he cleared the impotency and its solution on latest constitution.
