BOB DIRECTOR ANIL NEUPANE SENT LEGAL LETTER TO KRITI DIRECTOR SHIRSH KUNDER
Writer and director of short movie ‘BOB’ Aneel Neupane has sent legal notice to director of short movie ‘Kriti’ Shirsh Kunder claiming of falsely accusing him for violation of the copyright. Anil sent legal notice through lawyer Amulya Dhingra. Anil has requested Youtube, google, vimio to republish his own creation ‘BOB”. Through legal notice Anil has demanded that director and producer of ‘Kriti’ must accept that ‘BOB” is Anil’s creation, all the money producer and director earned with the name of ‘Kriti’ must be given to Anil within 15 days. Anil and his team are claiming that Kunder and his team not only have wrongly and illegally copied the entire literary work behind the movie “BOB”, as stated above and also copied wrongly and illegally the images and characters in the above film by producing and uploading an infringing film by the name “Kriti” but also made false accusations against them in a rather derogatory manner.
