HARKA SAMPANG TOOK OATH
The newly elected mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan city Harkaraj Sampang Rai has taken an oath today. Independent candidate for Mayor, Rai has defeated other political party candidates in local level elections. This is why Rai has been attracting a lot of attention recently.
