A play Khuwalung is currently staging at Mandala Theater. Khuwalung is the name of a giant rock which is situated at the meeting point of three rivers Dudhkoshi, Arun and Tamor. It is not just an ordinary rock, it carries a culture and civilization of Kirat people. Kirat people take this rock Khuwalung as guidance. In Kirat, Khuwaling means water-rock. The same Khuwalung based play is written by writer Rajan Mukarung and Kiran Chamling has directed the play. Where artist Pashupati Rai, Manang Lawati, Ingihopo Koinch Sunuwar, Sushil Tamang, Samyog Guragai, Anu Thapa, Sabina Thapa Chhetri, Prashansha Gurung, Dipa Suhang Limbu, Mani Kulung Rai, Manhang Lawati, Yubhang Rai, Bedana Rai, Sabina Thapa, Sara Lohorung Rai, Roshani Syangbo and other artists have worked on.
