Mandala Theatre is doing homework for the second episode of NITFest. In 2019 seven theatre groups from Kathmandu and four theatre groups from various provinces came together to organize the Nepal International Theatre Festival (NITFest). It was themed “Theatre for Social Transformation: An Artistic Voyage”. So the same teams are going to organize another episode of Theatre Festival as previously promised in this year 2021. The second edition of the NITFest in 2021 with the theme “Theatre for Social Transformation: Celebrating Diversity in the Arts”.
