Indigenous People on Thursday were celebrating the 24th International Day of the World’s Indigenous People at Bhrikutimandap. At the call of United Nations, August 9 every year is observed as the International Day of World’s Indigenous People. This day is celebrated each year around the world to promote and protect the rights of the world’s indigenous populations.
