During Second World War Japanese Army entered to Burma (Myanmar) and started to attack. So living there was really unsafe and local radios told people Burma. Gorkhali Army Troops and Nepali living in Burma left for ‘Lekhapani’. The drama ‘Jaya Maya Aafu Matra Lekhapani Aaipugi’ tells story of those Gorkhali Army Troops and Nepali’s journey to Lekhapani from Burma. In story of Indra Bahadur Rai senior play director Sunil Pokhrel’s direction the play ‘Jaya Maya Aafu Matra Lekhapani Aaipugi’ is created. This play is full of comedy and tragedy and playing on the stage of Mandala Theater Anamnagar everyday at 5pm till Baisakh 31.
