Born into a family of army and police men, Anoop Bikram Shahi is a model/actor and winner of the Manhunt International Nepal 2013. He has appeared in numerous music videos and television commercials. He made his acting debut with Sourya. The movie also featured actor of blockbuster movie Loot (Saugat Malla), Hema Shrestha, Rabindra Khadka, Sushil Pokhrel and Ravi Basnet in lead roles. Shahi followed it with the roles in films like Dravya, Hasiya and How Funny ( yet to be released). How Funny is directed by debutant Nilu Dolma Sherpa and produced by Former Miss Nepal Malvika Subba. The film features Dayahang Rai, Keki Adhikari, Priyanka Karki, Nisha Adhikari and Anoop Bikram Shahi in the lead role.
